To ensure that important explanations regarding medical interviews, examinations, and treatment plans are accurately communicated—and to allow you to receive medical care with peace of mind—we kindly request that you be accompanied by someone who can communicate in Japanese.

From the standpoint of medical safety, relying solely on translation apps may make adequate communication difficult. Therefore, we ask for your cooperation in refraining from visiting the clinic using only translation apps.
